India is a vast and populous nation, and has become an important link in international trade and tourism.  The country's larger, and some smaller, cities are now well connected to each other and to the rest of the world with direct flights to the UK, USA and Europe, and with a great deal more carriers operating flights via the Middle East (Doha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi).

Our tour prices do not include your international flights from your home country.  Depending on your tour you may need to arrange your travel to/from Delhi, Mumbai (Bombay), Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kochi (Cochin) or Goa.  For tours to Sri Lanka and Nepal you will need to arrange your international flights to Colombo and Kathmandu respectively.  Our tours to Bhutan begin and end in India, and tour prices include international flights between Delhi and Paro, but not your international flights into and out of Delhi.  We are able to offer advice on suitable international flights where needed.

Any domestic flights that are part of a tour itinerary or tour extension are included in our tour costs.  If after looking at your international flight options you find you need a domestic flight to connect with the tour start/end point we can arrange these on your behalf through a reputable air ticketing agent.  You may also be able to arrange these domestic connections through your international carrier, but you may find that we can offer a lower cost and more convenient connection time through a wider choice of low-cost carriers.

Whether you are travelling as part of a scheduled or custom tour we will welcome you at your tour start point to begin your journey and be with you until we drop you to your point of departure.
